About firepower church

Pastor Joshua grew up south of Dallas, TX where he experienced an overdose and was miraculously saved! He attended Bible College at Christ for the Nations in Dallas, TX. After graduation he was ordained in 2001 and continued on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree from Dallas Baptist University in Christian Ministries. He then Graduated from Southwestern Assemblies of God University with a Master's Degree in Theology. 

Pastor Joshua has a testimony of running from his calling like the Prophet Jonah in rebellion and experiencing the same storms and troubles as Jonah that threatened to tear his life apart. As Jonah repented and God spit him out I dry land so did God give Pastor Joshua a second chance! 

After sobering up from a life of sin and destruction Pastor Joshua has answered the call to ministry and has a Powerful Testimony of Gods Powerful Unfailing Love and Redemption!

Pastor Joshua currently serves as the Senior Pastor of FirePower Church and a Chaplain to the Jail Services program in the DFW area. He believes that Jesus loves the inmates and has faith that God can save them, turn their lives around and use their testimony to fulfill the Great Commission!
